Architect

Marianna Nascimento has a Master's degree in Architecture and Urbanism, bringing to CVZ Construções a technical vision that combines rigorous construction with social and sustainable awareness. At CVZ, her work focuses on ensuring that each project is executed in a way that respects the balance between functional aesthetics, energy efficiency, and the quality of life of end users. Her career stands out for her practical commitment to social architecture: Marianna regularly participates in volunteer work with the NGO Just a Change, focused on housing rehabilitation. This direct experience in real intervention scenarios gives her a unique ability to solve construction problems and technical details, allowing her to anticipate construction challenges and optimize the use of resources in a conscious manner. Within CVZ, Marianna plays a key role in the planning and technical development of projects, ensuring the creation of all necessary documentation (plans, sections, and 3D models) to make the work feasible. Her focus is on sustainability and comfort, ensuring that implementation on site meets the highest quality standards. Her passion for creative areas such as cooking and manual activities is reflected in her attention to detail and constant search for innovative construction solutions.
