Miguel Vieira da Silva

Project Director / Architect

Miguel Vieira da Silva is the Director of Architectural Projects at CVZ Construções, where he combines his vision as an architect with executive management focused on excellence and continuous improvement. With an Integrated Master's Degree from the the University of Lisbon's School of Architecture, Miguel leads the technical coordination between the studio and the construction site, ensuring that the design rigor remains intact from conception to final delivery. His international training at the Bauhaus University in Weimar, where he achieved a distinction of 18 out of 20 in his final project, gives him a critical and cosmopolitan view of modern construction. This background, reinforced by certifications from entities such as LOD and the European Commission, allows him to implement best practices in project management and technical innovation in every CVZ project. Within the CVZ structure, Miguel is ultimately responsible for the supervision and implementation of projects, ensuring strict compliance with deadlines and budgets. His role is strategic in coordinating with architectural, engineering, and consulting specialists, and managing all the necessary documentation for licensing and legal approvals. With an innate ability to solve complex problems, he ensures construction feasibility through practical and creative solutions, closely monitoring technical teams to ensure maximum quality in the execution process.
