Dhais Pereira de Sá is a Civil Engineer and Production Director at CVZ Construções, where she leads with an ambitious spirit and a rigorous focus on the continuous improvement of construction processes. With a degree in Civil Engineering from the Fernandópolis Educational Foundation (FEF/SP), Dhais is responsible for managing teams and operations in various projects, ensuring excellence from the initial technical analysis to the final delivery of the work. Her career is marked by versatility and competence in critical areas of infrastructure, with a special focus on earthworks, civil construction, and paving. With extensive experience in both public and private works, Dhais has advanced mastery of essential management and design tools, such as MS Project and AutoCAD. At CVZ, her role is strategic and cross-functional: she is responsible for the overall management of production, ensuring the implementation of rational production systems that maximize operational efficiency and cost control. She acts as the coordinating link between the construction site, the architecture, and the finance department, applying a methodical ability to solve complex problems to ensure that each project meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
