Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

João Milheiro plays a central role at CVZ Construções as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), acting as the keeper of the company's financial sustainability and strategic planning. His education combines the analytical structure of law, from the Portuguese Catholic University, with the management vision he is currently deepening in his Master's in Business Management at the European University. With early practical experience in operations management and billing in dynamic sectors such as local accommodation and event production, João has developed rare operational agility. This background allows him to bring a unique perspective to the management of CVZ, where legal rigor and business strategy converge for safe and efficient decision-making. In his executive role, João is responsible for the overall management of cash flow, budgeting, and monitoring KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). His main mission is to ensure the viability and profitability of all projects, guaranteeing that constructive and architectural excellence is accompanied by solid financial performance and strict legal conformity. Through critical financial analysis, he provides the necessary support to top leadership for high-impact strategic decisions.
