Construction Site Manager

João Benedito is the point of balance between project theory and technical reality in the field at CVZ-Construções. With over two decades of solid experience in civil construction, from structure to finishes, João is a professional who masters each stage, anticipates challenges, and implements solutions with a mastery that only time and dedication can provide. His career is marked by attention to detail and the timely delivery of high-quality projects. More than just managing deadlines, his competence lies in his ability to anticipate problems, optimize resources, and ensure that the architectural and engineering vision is executed with precision. He is a key player in the organization of the construction site, ensuring that the pace of work maintains productivity without ever compromising excellence. As Site Manager, João assumes direct responsibility for the management and supervision of multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors. He is the specialist responsible for the technical interpretation of plans and specifications, ensuring that the work phases follow the correct sequence of the schedule. In addition to his operational role, he acts as a Safety and Quality (SHST) supervisor, reporting daily on progress to the Construction Management team and ensuring that each project upholds CVZ's standards of excellence and rigor.
