Fausto Diogo is a professional who inspires confidence from the very first contact. As Site Manager at CVZ-Construções, he has over a decade of experience, transforming complex projects into reality with unquestionable technical mastery. His career is defined by the delivery of projects that stand out for their impeccable quality and strict adherence to deadlines. On site, Fausto is the central figure who ensures harmony between planning and execution. His role focuses on the strategic management of the construction site, where he coordinates logistics, equipment movement, and the pace of multidisciplinary teams. With a unique ability to interpret engineering and architectural projects, he ensures that every construction detail is executed according to the most demanding technical guidelines. In addition to the production side, Fausto takes charge of the economic control and quality management of the work. He is responsible for monitoring schedules, validating measurements, and ensuring that all Health and Safety (SHST) standards are scrupulously complied with. As the link between clients, designers, and production teams, his experience and passion for what he does consolidate him as the guarantor of excellence in each project, reporting with transparency and ensuring the sustainability and rigor of each CVZ project.
