Architect

Carolina Cruz holds a Master's degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon, joining CVZ Construções with a solid academic background and a keen practical vision. Her experience in various studios throughout her career has allowed her to develop an integrated understanding of the project, facilitating the transition between the conceptual idea and its physical execution. Her great competitive advantage is her focus on technological innovation, particularly through BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology. At CVZ, this skill is strategic for the efficient management of technical information, allowing us to anticipate construction conflicts, optimize quantity takeoffs, and ensure that technical details are accurate, minimizing errors and waste on the construction site. Carolina plays a key role in planning and enabling projects, analyzing site constraints and client requirements to ensure that aesthetics and functionality translate into sustainable construction solutions. Her ability to collaborate with engineers and production teams is crucial for solving complex technical problems, ensuring that the project's success is maintained from the licensing phase to final approval and completion of the work.
