Cynde Aguiar

Architect

Cynde Aguiar holds a Master's degree in Architecture and Urbanism from PUC-GO and joined CVZ Construções with extensive experience in projects of high social and urban complexity. Her career has been defined by a focus on social housing and urban mobility, skills that give her a pragmatic and efficient vision of spatial organization and constructive functionality. Her professional perspective was shaped by international experience in Cairo, Egypt, where she developed a unique ability to adapt to diverse architectural challenges and different construction methods. Her technical merit is formally recognized through distinctions such as the Honorable Mention by CAU-GO and the nomination for the prestigious 7th Rosa Kliass Award (ABAP-BR), reinforcing her commitment to excellence. At CVZ, Cynde applies her know-how in Landscaping, Urban Intervention, and Collective Housing to ensure that projects are technically flawless and sustainable. Her role is fundamental in the planning and development of detailed projects, ensuring compatibility between inclusive design and the rigorous demands of construction. Her technical collaboration skills ensure that every detail, from single-family housing to large collective complexes, is delivered with precision and respect for the local context.
